Blankets For Kids

This is one of our most favourite events! We get together to have a fun evening making blankets together, so we also use this as a team building event, too! Some of the blankets we make are distributed to children in the Alberta Children’s Hospital. We also offer them throughout the year in various situations where comfort is needed!

Volunteering

A cornerstone to our organization, we love supporting efforts of other organizations through our volunteerism! We help out at the Airdrie Festival of Lights, at the Blood Donation Clinics, during Airdrie Seniors Week, and more! Fundraising

We source various fundraising initiatives, sponsor and donor partnerships, and grant applications throughout the year. Primarily, we do this to help support our Holiday Hamper Program. But, we also do this so we can help financially support other organizations in Airdrie with their projects, too. We are proud to do fundraising that is separate from our own programs to help propel others.
