Airdrie Favourite

Every year we are sold out of our pies because they are a favorite among Airdrie residents. The pies are all made on the Thursday and Friday before the Event. Many of our Airdrie 1st Volunteers, claim that making these pies is so easy because it is done as a group effort over about 16 hours in the two days.

Secret Recipe

The secret dough recipe is from one of the founding members of our Club. Joyce continues to be a club member, and shares her recipe as well as helps to bake pies each year. Lots of friendships are nurtured during this time in the kitchen.
